Oceania Sports Management is led by Jason Connors, the Founding Director. Jason is a successful business owner and leads the company with a wealth of experience, including scoping players from across the State and interstate, and identifying some of the greatest potential and talent coming through. Jason has travelled overseas to Fiji and has had keen interest from players in Samoa and Tonga who are keen to continue their football development in Australia.
With a background in rugby league, Jason’s expertise encompasses business management and player welfare. He has built strong relationships with a diverse network of sports professionals, providing a deep understanding of player management and representation needs. Jason is dedicated to preparing and supporting players by offering a range of services designed to support their financial, physical, and mental well-being, as well as their cultural development on and off the field, ensuring their long-term success beyond rugby league.
Jason was driven to become a player agent due to his passion for talent identification and his desire to help players reach their full potential in rugby league, supported by the OSM team. As a former semi-professional player, Jason understands the challenges of lacking the right support to navigate the complexities of rugby league contracts and management, a common issue for many players.
